If you can manifest this, you can manifest anything with the Law of Attraction. What I want to share with you today is the most important manifestation that you can create. I’m not going to call it the secret to successful manifestation or anything like that, but it’s the one thing I discovered that makes all the difference.
And it certainly is the one thing that is always common to all deliberate manifestations. If you want to know how to manifest deliberately, then you have to first be able to manifest this.
Before I explain exactly what this is, I want to paint a picture for you.
You’ve decided to go on holiday. You’ve looked at different destinations and finally chose a two week vacation in the Maldives. Then you browse different hotels and pick a beautiful one with huts over the water on a lagoon. You can feel the excitement growing. The next thing you do is figure out your flight and then once you’ve made sure it is all exactly as you want, you make all the bookings. You have now set everything into place. It’s all paid for. You have received all the booking confirmations.
There’s nothing more for you to do except look forward to the holiday and wait for day to come when you pack your bags and head off to the airport.
It’s a wonderful feeling knowing that you are going to go on this fantastic holiday. You will spend hours thinking about it, how awesome it’s going to be, you will play out in your mind all the things you’re going to do, the food you are going to enjoy, the people you are going to meet, what you’re going to wear, what you need to take with you and anything else you need to do to prepare for the holiday.
All your feelings about the holiday are positive. You are excited. The feeling of anticipation is wonderful. You love how you feel.
So why are you feeling so great? I mean you haven’t actually gone on the holiday yet. All you’ve done is book it, yet your feelings are next level. You are vibing high in the anticipation and expectation of your holiday.
And why wouldn’t you? This is completely natural. When you know 100% that something you want is going to happen, this is how you feel. And remember you have not gone on the holiday. You only know it is definitely going to happen. You feel happy and grateful that you were able to book the trip. You tell everybody about it. Your positive feelings are a result of the thoughts you are thinking about the holiday and not the actually holiday itself.
There is no doubt whatsoever.
Now let’s paint another scenario.
You want to go on this holiday. You’ve always wanted to go to the Maldives but it’s so expensive and you can’t afford it at the moment.
So what do you do?
You think about how great it would be. How lucky others are that can afford it and wish you could too. And then you have a great idea. You are going to use the Law of Attraction to manifest this holiday.
You’ve heard with the Law of Attraction all you have to do is Ask, Believe and Receive. So you do the asking. That’s easy. Done. Now you have to believe.
So you tell yourself that you deserve the holiday. You tell yourself that the Universe is going to provide you with the means to make this dream holiday a reality. And you think over and over again how wonderful it would be if it came true. And then you tell yourself you’re probably being unrealistic to expect a once in a lifetime holiday to just manifest out of thin air, but you still try to convince yourself that it is possible. And this is where you probably stay. Going back and forth between trying to believe and talking yourself out of it.
Does this sound familiar?
At this point you don’t feel good about it. And this is because you are still in the Asking mode. You may have thought you were moving onto the 2nd step, Belief, but as long as you are noticing the absence of what you want, you are still asking for it.
So what’s the difference between the two scenarios? They both include future trips to the Maldives. None of the trips have yet happened, but in the first scenario you stopped asking and believed it was going to happen and you experienced all the positive feelings that went along with that. Yet you still had not gone on the holiday. It was all in your mind.
In the 2nd scenario you did not experience the positive feelings. You tried but your focus was on the lack of the holiday and not the excited anticipation of it.
So what do you think was the first manifestation in the positive holiday scenario above? Most people will answer it is the booking of the holiday and once done you feel good. And of course you would be right, but what came next?
It was how you felt. You knew you were going on the holiday so you felt good about it. When you were trying to manifest the holiday through the Law of Attraction you didn’t know for sure that you were going to go on it, so the thought of the holiday didn’t feel good. And consequently you won’t be successful in manifesting the holiday through the Law of Attraction.
So let’s get back to why we are here. What is the one thing you need to manifest to make the Law of Attraction work for you?
Before being able to manifest the holiday, you have to be able to manifest the feelings of scenario one. That’s it. It was clear in the first scenario that you believed it. You were not asking. You 100% believed. You felt it. The right feelings were there and you loved how you felt about it.
So the first manifestation in our scenario of using the Law of Attraction to manifest your dream is not the manifestation of the dream itself, but the manifestation of the feeling associated with your dream coming true.
You need to shift your thoughts from manifesting the holiday to rather manifesting the positive feelings associated with the holiday. This takes practice and focus, but this is something you can control. And because you have control over the thoughts you think, you will find it easier to believe you can manifest the feeling of your dream coming true, rather than simply creating the actual holiday out of thin air.
All physical manifestations are created by the thoughts you think, whether your thoughts are on the wanted or unwanted. You therefore need to be mindful of what you are thinking. Your thoughts then determine how you feel.
The only difference in our holiday example above was the thought about the holiday. As neither had actually taken place, it was still all in the mind in both scenarios. And the feelings that followed were as a result of the thoughts you were thinking.
Whatever you are feeling is what you broadcast to the Universe. And what you broadcast you will receive. How you feel about something is more important than what you think. You don’t have to think a certain way just because that’s the way you’ve always thought. If your feelings on a subject don’t make you feel good, then change your thoughts about the subject until you feel good or at least better.
Learn to manage your thoughts instead of your thoughts managing you. Get to the place where you feel good about what it is you want, where you feel excited in the anticipation of what you expect.
The positive feeling of successful manifestation is the one thing that is common to all successful deliberate manifestations. The feeling always comes first.
If you can manifest this, then you can manifest anything.

You might not be able to change the situation in your outer world, but what you can do, is change your perception of it. When you change your perception of it, your thoughts about it change and so do your feelings.
When you are grateful and feel gratitude for all you have, you will attract more of the good things in life. It is impossible to live in gratitude and be miserable at the same time. You can’t create the future you want if you’re still living in the past. You will just create more of what you had before.
Your present reality is a manifestation of past thoughts. All thoughts are energy and once your energy is released into the universe, there is no calling it back. According to Wikipedia, the Law of Attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. The belief is based on the ideas that people and their thoughts are made from "pure energy", and that a process of like energy attracting like energy exists through which a person can improve their health, wealth, and personal relationships.
When The Secret movie came out, it showed people simply thinking of something they would like to have in their life and magically it would manifest. That is the basic idea, but it is a lot more complex than that in it’s correct application. Consequently many people failed to manifest their desires because wishful thinking is just not enough.

Before you ask for what you want, you need to decide on exactly what that should be. When you decide, make sure it is not something that you have a lot of resistance to. It is all well and good asking for a new car, but if you are resistant to the idea that you will actually get a new car using the Law of Attraction, then you will be proved right, and not get the car. So choose something simple to start with that you have no doubt about and see what happens. A good example of this is The Penny Experiment.
When you ask for something Source Energy immediately and without hesitation manifests what you desire. So it’s done. Your part in this process is simply to ask. You do not have to do the manifesting. Your part is to align your energy, your vibrational frequency to that of Source Energy.
Once you have decided what you want, which should be something you do believe you can manifest using the Law of Attraction, then you have to act as if it has already manifested and you are simply waiting to see it. Don’t keep thinking you want it as this will keep you in the asking mode and you will never move on to the actual manifestation of your desire. When you keep asking, you are focusing on the lack of it, your vibration is that of lack, so your manifestation will be along the lines of lack, nothing. You won’t get what you want.
Some people find it helpful to visualise exactly what they want in detail and visualise how it feels to get what you asked for. You then need to hold onto that feeling.
Your vibrational frequency is determined by your emotions which are in turn determined by your thoughts. When you feel good, your vibrational frequency is high, which is a match to Source Energy. The Law of Attraction is always working whether you believe it or not. It is a universal law that does not switch on or off or only work for you if you believe in it. It is always working, all the time, even when you are not actually asking for anything.
Have you ever experienced something negative in your life, that when it happened you were not at all surprised because you expected it to happen. You knew that it would work out that way.
Think about it. You got what you expected. You got what you believed in. You had no doubt. We are very skilled at naturally doing this. The trick is to turn it around and attract and believe in the positive things we want to experience in our lives.

How wonderful our lives would be if we could always recognise the signs the Universe is sending us and understand exactly what they mean.
I am sure there’s been many times when you have said “It’s a sign from the Universe”. So why did you say this and what did you mean?
Being the spiritual being that you are, you are fully aware that you are not alone and that the Divine Spirit, Source Energy or the Universe is with you at all times to help and guide you. The Universe works in mysterious ways and the guidance it offers is often very subtle.
Although we might not realise it, we are on the constant lookout for signs from the Universe. And when we have a major decision to make, we look for signs to lead us in the right direction so we make the choice that is right for us.
We would understand the guidance that the Universe is giving us. We would be confident in our choices. Our minds would be clear and our actions precise. Our experiences would be positive and we would feel blessed.
We look for confirmation that the choice we are about to make is the right one. If it’s the wrong one, we want to know, and look for signs from the Universe to stop us making a bad choice that would impact our lives negatively.
So why do so many people ignore these signs?
There are two reasons for this. Firstly, they don’t fully recognise or understand what the sign is and what it means, and secondly, it’s not matching what you really want to do.
Let’s explore this a little deeper.
Universal signs and messages to you can be both physical and non-physical. Physical signs can be seen or heard whilst non-physical signs can be felt.
You look at the clock at the time is 1.11. You know that’s a sign from the Universe, but you’re not sure exactly what the message is.
A feather falls in front of you. Is it a sign of love? Is it a positive sign that you’re on the right path?
A song comes on the radio, or you walk into a shop and a special song is playing. You walk into the next shop and the same song plays again. Is this a coincidence or is the Universe trying to tell you something?
What is it trying to tell you?
You run into someone you haven’t seen or perhaps even thought of for a while. Is there meaning in this chance encounter?
You see a penny on the road. Is this a sign of good luck? A black cat walks in front of you. Is this a warning?
The Universe communicates with you directly. On a deep level you receive the message and it manifests in a feeling. Sometimes there can be an action that happens before the feeling.
You jump out of bed and stub your toe or you trip and hurt yourself. You notice a dreadful knot in your stomach for no particular reason. You can’t find something that you know exactly where it should be. You feel enveloped by a sense of calm or are unusually energised and focused. You have a sudden craving for a particular type of food or drink. You have a dream which perplexes you which you don’t understand, leaving you feeling confused.
These messages are often ignored because they are not actually understood to be messages. We often place our own worries or expectations on them. You have a bill to pay and don’t have enough money to pay it, so you feel apprehensive so when you get the knot in the pit of your stomach, you associate it with your unpaid bill, but this is not necessarily the point of the message.
Or when you have that chance encounter and you take it at face value without carefully listening to what is being said to you. It would be so easy if all messages from the Universe were clear and obvious but unfortunately Source Energy doesn’t email, knock on your door, call or use social media, that is, directly. The message or sign can be delivered indirectly, perhaps in that chance encounter.
It’s one thing to recognise a sign from the Universe, and quite another to interpret it correctly. Our own thoughts and pre-conceptions can twist the message into what we want it to mean, rather than what it actually means. You are thinking about going on a holiday and see an advertisement for a holiday in a destination you always wanted to visit, and because you believe in your dreams, you interpret this as a sign from the Universe that you should go and book the holiday. While on holiday you fall and break a leg. Is this what the Universe was wanting for you? No – definitely not! This is an example of you projecting your wants and desires onto something and thus interpreting the sign incorrectly.
Observe your surroundings closely. Listen fully. Have an open heart and an open and quiet mind. Monitor your feelings. Don't try and see what you want to see. See only what is. Let the Universe guide you.
There are no coincidences. Universal signs are all around us. We just have to learn to see them and to interpret them correctly. If you can master this, your life will change. You will no longer make bad choices. You will find yourself in the right place at the right time, all the time!
You may have already heard the story I am about to share with you (Find Your Own Name on Balloon), as I have heard a few variations of it, but in all of them, the moral of the story is the same.
It’s very similar to the saying “Treat others as you would like to be treated”, but for the purposes of this article, it goes a lot further.
There is nothing better to lift your spirits than bringing joy and happiness to somebody else. When you feel down it is because you have thoughts running through your head that are evoking negative feelings. We all struggle to stop thinking certain thoughts, and the more we try, we often simply attract more of those thoughts which result in us feeling more miserable.
So instead of thinking about yourself, your situation, your problems, think about somebody else.
The story below is a perfect example of how helping somebody else will actually help you.
A group of 100 people were attending a conference. During his talk, the speaker stopped to include a group activity for everybody in the room.
This began by giving each participant a balloon. Everyone was told to write their name on it with a marker pen.
When everybody had done this the balloons were all collected and put into another room.
Everybody was then asked to go into the other room containing the balloons. They were given five minutes to find the balloon with their name on.
As you can imagine, this was very chaotic with everybody quickly scrambling to find their name on a balloon.
When the end of five minutes was up, nobody had found their own balloon.
Then everyone was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it.
In less than five minutes, everyone had their own balloon.
The speaker reflected on what this exercise meant. This is exactly what’s happening in all of our lives. We are all frantically looking around for happiness, but no one knows where to find it.
Our individual happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness, and in return, you will get your own happiness. Stop always thinking of yourself and your needs. Look around and help somebody else fulfil theirs.
Be sincere, and don’t do this with the expectation of getting something back. It is important that your intentions are pure and unselfish.
In other words, be the rainbow in somebody’s cloud. And by being that rainbow, you will attract more rainbows into your own life and happiness.
Don't discredit Mindfulness because it's a buzz word right now. Being mindful is one of the most important things you can do to improve your life!
Is mindfulness just being more aware? Or does it mean clearing your mind?
Being mindful, in one sense, is like simplifying things. Normally we try to multitask all day, worrying about 20 things while doing 10. That doesn't work too well.
Being mindful means focusing on the present moment. Being fully here in the now. It allows you to attend to what's going on right around you and inside you. It simplifies things because you get to enjoy the present moment.
Be proactive about setting aside your problems and focus on what you're doing and who you're with.
Mindfulness a gift that we don't give to ourselves much. In fact, our society teaches that we should be getting as much done as possible all the time, which leads to burnout, stress, health problems, and lower productivity.
Mindfulness, on the other hand, offers the opposite.
Let's start with the biggie. In today's world, we really battle stress from all sides.
If we carry around all the things we have to worry about, our mind never gets a break. That's why so many people are completely burned out, feeling down, and stressed to the point of panic attacks or needing medication.
This kind of worrying steals away any chance of joy or relaxation in our day. You probably know how it goes: you're sitting at your desk at work, stressed about a deadline, and also about a disagreement with your partner, and some tension you're feeling with a coworker, and a looming payment you're not sure how you are going to make.
Constantly carrying all of these things and feeling continued stress leads to:
As you can see, trying to keep everything on your mind leads to all kinds of problems, resulting in lower productivity and even worse things.
We might even feel guilty if we forget to worry about something. Do you ever do that? You'll finally get absorbed in something and it feels really nice, but then you remember all the things that aren't resolved, and you feel guilty for letting yourself have a few minutes.
But you need those minutes!
Being mindful and present will allow you to get absorbed in what you're doing, give it your full attention so you can do better, and you'll feel more clear and mentally energized.
Your body and brain wasn't made to handle constant stress. It's so much healthier to be present and put aside the other pressing thoughts.
Challenge yourself to be mindful in one activity a day: a walk, mediation, making a craft, writing, drawing, singing, or something else you enjoy.
Being mindful and present lowers our stress levels and also centers us, bringing many health benefits.
You might notice that you're calmer after practicing mindfulness, your head feels more clear and focused, you're more productive, and more alert.
Being mindful greatly benefits your mind, and that in turn benefits your body and overall health.
People who practice being mindful have higher brain function, an increased immune function, lower blood pressure, lower anxiety levels, and are more calm.
We've heard this for years, but experts were talking about meditation and yoga. Both of those are ways to be mindful!
When you decrease stress and improve your health, that can help with depression.
Mindfulness does that and more. It's been considered an effective part of overall depression treatment for a long time.
Being mindful often helps people see and acknowledge their feelings, and that leads to better coping. Being mindful and let you say, "I see that I'm feeling that way, and that's okay."
Being mindful engages the observant self, so you can notice how you're feeling, and what you're thinking, but not get completely sucked into those feelings. You can step back and analyze the situation better.
Neuroplasticity is one of those fun words (in my opinion) that show you what they mean. Neuro, or brain, plus plasticity, or being flexible.
Think about how plastic can be soft and pliable.
Being mindful helps your brain increase its ability to change and adapt, which is pretty important to our survival even though we're not back in the caveman era.
In a simple sense, neuroplasticity refers to how our brain grows, learns, and changes. When we change our mind or learn new things, we actually make new pathways.
But this has bigger scientific implications. When someone has a stroke and has to relearn how to walk, they're actually learning how to re-circuit their brain around the damaged area.
Imagine how much stronger your brain will be if you practice mindfulness and therefore improve neuroplasticity. That's a huge advantage for dealing with all of life's curves and for any brain damage you might suffer.
Studies have found that mindfulness helps people with cancer and people with chronic illness-even terminal illness.
I can see why being in the moment more would help someone enjoy life day by day. Research has found that mindfulness helps cancer patients reduce stress while relieving fatigue.
For many, mindfulness increases our spirituality and sense of purpose, and it helps people handle their emotions regarding their illness.
Mindfulness can greatly improve life for people with chronic pain, such as low back pain. It helps patients focus on something other than the pain.
Being mindful and present has so many benefits apart from having a positive outcome on your health.
Your ability to concentrate will heighten, your confidence and self esteem will soar and you will experience a dramatic sense of increased vitality.
When you are no longer bogged down with the stresses of day to day life, you are receptive to opportunities that come your way and will be able to recognize them and take action.

I often see programs online, selling the secret to the missing ingredient to the Law of Attraction and if you know this one secret, everything will be yours. I don’t know what secret they are selling but in my experience, the top factor is the ability to accept. Acceptance of your current situation is key to allowing the energy needed for the Law of Attraction to flow as you would like it to. Resistance will hinder your progress.
We often feel the need to control a situation. We are so used to having things happen and work in a certain way so sometimes find it extremely difficult to let go and go with the flow.
When things don’t go the way we would like, we use so much energy to try to get things back on course. We usually perceive these as negative situations but more often than not, it is the universe clearing a path for what we want.
Let’s explore this with regard to abundance. Most people go to work each day trading time for money where they receive a fixed pay check each month. More often than not, this pay check only covers the bare necessities needed to live. Unless you are in an extremely well paid profession, there usually isn’t enough money left over after paying bills for exotic vacations or luxury cars or anything else you may desire. You are in control of this scenario.
However, when you are using the Law of Attraction to create the abundance in life, you have to be open to what the universe will orchestrate as circumstances line up to bring you the abundance you want. In this scenario, you relinquish control of the situations that manifest. The only control you need to have is that of your thoughts and your vibration. You have to have faith that everything will work out for you. You cannot be resistant and fight against the tide and still expect the Law of Attraction to work for you.
According to the Cambridge dictionary resistance is the act of fighting against something that is attacking you, or refusing to accept something, or a force that acts to stop the progress of something or make it slower.
And according to the Oxford dictionary, resistance is the refusal to accept or comply with something,
When abundance is created with the Law of Attraction, it is still produced in the normal way. You will not suddenly find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Something will happen that will cause a positive financial input into your life.
Sometimes you may win something wonderful like a holiday or car or even the lottery, but the universe has unlimited ways of bringing you the money you want, and often these could be viewed initially as negative.
For example, your house could be damaged in a storm and you get a hefty insurance pay out that allows you to buy all the things you want for your home. Your car could be stolen or written off and as a result you get a new car or you could personally have some type of accident and receive compensation.
All these sound very negative and rather dramatic, but more often than not they are just temporary setbacks which cause short term pain or inconvenience. When you focus upon these type of events with a negative heart, with frustration and resistance, you then block the good outcome that is coming your way.
So when you experience what you perceive as negative setbacks or circumstances, accept them for what they are and be open to the possible positive outcomes that could be yours.
Don’t let doubt and resistance cast a shadow. The only outcome from doubt and resistance is feeling bad and projecting a negative vibration. So keep your spirits up, believe all will be well and look forward to your path unfolding as you would like it to do so.

When The Secret film and books came out they took the world by storm repackaging a philosophy that has been available for hundreds of years, and with that the Law of Attraction movement was born.
The bible is full of references to the Law of Attraction, although not actually referred to it as the Law of Attraction but rather describes the principles and philosophies behind it.
It is interesting that many people who believe in the Bible and God, dismiss the Law of Attraction as hocus pocus and some new age movement that is against their religious beliefs. It does not have to be one or the other when you take a closer look at the biblical references that highlight the law of attraction philosophy. “Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen. If you believe, you will receive” whatever you ask in prayer."
Ask, Believe, Receive. The core principle of the Law of Attraction is having the belief and mindset that whatever you want you will receive. It’s not that you will receive everything you want, it’s that you will receive everything that you truly believe.
Do not give dogs what is holy; do not throw your pearls before swine. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces. Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened
Your life is only as good as your mindset. Think about what you want and examine your beliefs on the subject. You need to put energy and action into what you think as your thoughts create your beliefs. Become aware of what you are thinking and learn to change your thoughts. Focus on how your thoughts make you feel. Always reach for thoughts that make you feel good. Open your heart to all that is possible and become aware of what you think.
Truly I tell you that if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and has no doubt in his heart but believes that it will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
And when you stand to pray, if you hold anything against another, forgive it, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your trespasses as well.”
Act As If. The power of belief is fundamental. You have to act as if you already have what you desire and the manifestation will follow. You also have to be on the same vibrational frequency as you will attract only things and circumstances that match. He replied, "Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you".
Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe it can achieve. Thoughts are cosmic orders waiting to happen. If you keep thinking a thought it will become your belief. Remember whatever is going on in your mind is what you are attracting. Believe in who you really are.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.
Open your mind to the possibilities of the Law of Attraction for all things are possible. Change the way your look at things and the things you look at will change.
Do not eat the bread of a stingy man or crave his delicacies, for he is keeping track, inwardly counting the cost. “Eat and drink,” he says to you, but his heart is not with you.

You attract who you are. Who you really are inside is what matters. Your vibrational frequency equals your point of attraction. If you are kind and genuine, you will attract kind and genuine circumstances. If you are stingy and mean, that is what you will attract. Attract what you want by being what you want.
It often throws him into the fire or into the water, trying to kill him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.” If You can? echoed Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes!” Immediately the boy’s father cried out, “I do believe; help my unbelief!"
You can have anything you want when you give up the belief that you can’t have it. To see a positive change on the outside, you must first change your belief on the inside, for you get exactly what you believe. So you attract what you believe you deserve.
Take away the stone,” Jesus said. “Lord, by now he stinks,” said Martha, the sister of the dead man. “It has already been four days.” Jesus replied, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?” So they took away the stone. Then Jesus lifted His eyes upward and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me".
You will attract whatever you are a vibrational match to. Your thoughts create your emotions which is what you vibrate. This becomes your point of attraction. Your perception of life is decided by your core beliefs. If your life is not working out the way you wish it to, it is your core beliefs that need to change as you will only get what you believe.
Let your gentleness be apparent to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude. The grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. It is not possible to be in a state of worry and gratitude at the same time. Be positive and thankful and you will attract more to be thankful for. Focus on lack and worry and that is what you will attract.
You are source energy. The non-physical part of you projected part of it's consciousness into you. Your soul is like a drop of water in the Ocean that is God.

What is clear from the examples above, is that your prayers will be answered. You can have anything you want as long as you believe. You must firstly believe in who you really are and secondly, believe that what you desire has already manifested, although still unseen in our physical reality.
Have you heard the expression Doubting Thomas? This stems from what Jesus said to Thomas after the resurrection. “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed” (John 20: 24-29).
The Law of Attraction is faith based. Remove your doubts. Don't be conflicted about believing in the Law of Attraction. Don't doubt that whatever you truly believe in your heart and soul can manifest and don't doubt who you really are.
Jesus said ” Now go and sin no more. I am the Light of the World. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but have the light of life.” (John 8.12)
So what is Jesus really telling us here?
We no longer have to sin against ourselves by denying who we really are. He has told us over and over again who we really are and if we follow his truth, we will experience the wonderful things life has to offer.
Jesus clearly stated in Psalms 82.6 “You are Gods. You are all sons of the most high”.
All we have to do is believe, live in gratitude and act in alignment with who we really are.
So, is the Law of Attraction biblical? Most definitely, yes!
The first step is to first decide whether you believe in the Law of Attraction. Find out all you can and get to understand it. The Law of Attraction works on your belief system. You attract what you truly believe, so it follows that if you don’t really believe in the Law of Attraction, then it won’t work for you the way you want it to. So make up your mind on this.
When you manifest with the Law of Attraction, you might not even be aware of it and attract circumstances that you really don't want!
Every time I go out for a meal or drinks with my family and we sit outside, we talk about the one bee. The one bee that will come along and choose our table to annoy and scare us, me especially. And usually as we mention it, sure enough, there it will be, and that is how the Law of Attraction works.
You would think I would know better, don’t talk about it, don’t think about it and the bee won’t appear, but it has become such a joke almost, that it is always mentioned. We have that one bee active in our vibration and the universe does not disappoint.
This all started many years ago with one bee causing mayhem at our table with a few of us having to get up and leave. This was in a beachfront setting without any trees or flowers. And here it was, sampling our drinks and food.
At first I tried to ignore it, but it was extremely difficult. And the more I observed it as I did not want to get stung, the more it came closer to me. The others at the table that were not bothered by it seemed to be left alone.
It was me vs the bee.
It is interesting when you apply the Law of Attraction to this scenario. I know what to do, but when faced with the bee, everything I know I should do, seems to go out of the window and I perpetuate the uncomfortable situation.
So what is really going on here?
But it’s much more than this.
For you to manifest something using the Law of Attraction, the first step is to think about it. We usually do this consciously when we want to manifest or attract something positive into our lives. We also do this when we don’t want to attract something into our lives. The universe does not distinguish between what you want and what you don’t want, it matches what you are thinking about. So when you think you would like more money because you don’t have enough money, you probably won’t get any more money and in fact if your thoughts of lack of money are more dominant, you more than likely will get more lack of money.
The next condition is that you have to be emotionally involved in what you are thinking about. When you have a thought without any emotional connection, it will not manifest. As soon as you become emotionally involved, your vibration will reflect your emotion and the manifestation process will be underway.
How strongly you believe in what you are thinking about will determine how strong your emotion will be. And what you believe will determine your vibration. Are you fearful, worried, or stressed or are you excited, content, and hopeful about a situation? These are emotions that vibrate out into the universe which are matched by the manifestations in your life.
You must have no resistance to the idea or thought. You must believe 100%. You must feel it. And you must feel it as if it has already happened. This is easy to understand when you think in terms of a bill you can’t pay. Before the bill arrived you thought about it. You were worried as you knew you probably would struggle to pay it. You felt it in the pit of your stomach and this is all before the dreaded bill arrived. The same principle applies to anything positive you want to manifest.
When you look at all the above in relation to my bee story, it is easy to see why the bee kept appearing. The bee did not manifest, I manifested the bee!
My thoughts, emotions and vibration were all focused on the bee. I believed 100% that it would appear, again. I had no doubts. I was not at all resistant to the idea. Even when my thoughts were hopeful that the bee would not appear, my thoughts were still of the bee, and appear it did!
And the more you tell yourself not to think of something, the more you think about it.
This is the difficulty many experience when trying to use the Law of Attraction to manifest what they want in life. The ability to focus and control your thoughts is a skill that is needed. And if it’s not something you are currently good at, it is a skill that you can learn and develop.

With my knowledge about the Law of Attraction has the bee gone away? No. This is because my perception of it has changed. I no longer see it as annoying or something to fear. I now see it as something I have created through the Law of Attraction and its instant appearance is confirmation that the Law of Attraction is always working.
When it appears, I laugh and with that it usually just flies away.
PS. It is interesting to note that after I finished writing this post, I went upstairs to change my grandson's nappy, and as he was lying on his change table, he pointed at something on the inside window and said "What's that?".
Yes, you've guessed it, it was a bee!
Every day the universe provides us with evidence that the Law of Attraction really works. Yet most of us fail to see this. We want to believe that we can be creators of our own reality and when we think about this, we think in terms of abundance, loving relationships, and all the good stuff. We think about all the positive things and experiences we wish to manifest.
It’s easy to be calm and at peace when everything is working out for you. When things are going right you are naturally happy and excited. Your mind is clear and you walk with a sense of purpose.
But how do you behave when your life is a mess and nothing seems to be going right? How do you turn things around?
We all know the question “Which came first, the chicken or the egg”?
We can ask a similar question. “Which came first, your negative experiences or your negative attitude”?
The Law of Attraction works by delivering life experiences that match your vibrational frequency.
When things aren’t working out, we are tense, angry, frustrated and look everywhere to lay blame for the circumstances we find ourselves in. Our mood is negative. Our vibration is negative. And we justify this because our circumstances make us feel this way.
With the Law of Attraction you attract not only what you believe, but who you are. So if your general demeanour is negative, you will attract negative life experiences.
And so the cycle repeats over and over again.
It doesn’t have to be this way. It is possible to break the cycle to start living the life you truly deserve.
When you’re in a jam, the last thing you want to do is panic. Calmness is called for.
When you’re calm you have the ability to think clearly. When you can think clearly, you can focus your thoughts which is what you need to do. Your thoughts need to be focused on feeling good to change your vibration.
The beauty of actively using the Law of Attraction to work for you in the way you want it to, is that you don’t have to control how things unfold. The universe will take care of that. The universe will deliver circumstances that match your vibration.
When you think of your problems, you are holding yourself in the same situation. Don’t get me wrong here. I am not telling you to ignore your problems. If you have things to take care of, you need to do this. What I am saying is that you must not connect emotionally with your problems.
They are what they are. Do what you need to do but don’t let them overwhelm you. You need to become emotionally attached to the positive outcome that you desire and not the problem itself.
Stay cool. Keep calm and collect your thoughts. You need to observe your thoughts and how you feel when you think them. If your thoughts are of worry, stress or anger, your emotions will reflect this, and this is the vibration your sending out. This is why it is so important to check your thoughts and to start thinking new thoughts, thoughts that make you feel hopeful or excited.
At first you may struggle with this, but get into the habit of monitoring your thoughts and feelings. When you feel bad, explore what you’re thinking to create those feelings. Make a conscious effort to think thoughts that make you feel better, even if you haven’t resolved your problem.
Giving continuous thought and focus to your problem or bad situation is not going to change it. Thinking good thoughts will change the way you feel. When you feel better your mind will be clear and you will have a better perspective of your situation. You will see things differently.

We all experience what we perceive as negative situations in our lives. When practising the law of attraction negative experiences are not always what we believe them to be.
When things go wrong or don’t go according to plan, we see this as negative. As soon as we decide a situation is negative, our thinking becomes negative causing us to vibrate at a lower frequency resulting in more negative situations being experienced.
With the Law of Attraction negative experiences are often all about perception.
Not all situations we perceive as negative actually are. Unfortunately our minds have been programmed to perceive certain life situations as negative and when these are experienced our reactions are more often than not negative.
It is our reaction to a situation that counts. What we think about it determines whether or not it really is negative.
The recent FIFA Football World Cup in Russia provided an excellent reminder of this to me during the England vs Colombia knock out match. For decades England have been haunted by their penalty shootout loss to Germany in Euro 1996. Prior to this England had also lost to Germany in a penalty shootout in 1990 World Cup in Italy. It felt like England were cursed and if winning a match came down to winning a penalty shootout, then it would be all over for the England team.
It is interesting to note that Gareth Southgate who is the current England manager was the player that failed to score.
With the history briefly explained, let me highlight the beauty of what unfolded recently.
England were playing in a knock out match in order to make it through to the Quarter Finals of the FIFA World Cup in Russia. England scored their first goal relatively early and for the remaining match time the score was 1 – 0. England had this. Everyone assumed in a matter of minutes the whistle would blow and England would be through to the Quarter Finals.
Then during the 3 minutes of extra time, Colombia scored a goal and it’s 1-1. Just like that the certainty of a win for England was gone. Colombia had failed to score in the official 90 minutes but in the last three minutes of extra time that was added on, they scored.
Clearly for Colombia supporters this was a wonderful moment, but the lesson isn’t about that.
Let’s pretend Colombia didn’t score in those final minutes. England would have won and everybody supporting them would have been extremely happy. But it didn’t work out like that. Instead England supporters felt cheated, so close and then ripped away.
This was perceived as a negative experience. Now the match would continue with 30 minutes of extra time. England supporters were dumbstruck. Nobody could believe what had just happened and when the players began the first half of the extra time play, they looked defeated. The positive energy and momentum that had been evident before was gone.
The England players perceived what had happened as a negative situation which was obvious to all.
The second half of extra time was better. In the break they regrouped and adjusted their attitudes. No team scored during the last 15 minutes which meant the match would be decided in the dreaded penalty shootout.
And then the magic happened. England won the penalty shootout!
It is almost ironic that the Gareth Southgate, infamous for missing the penalty shootout in the first video above, is now managing the England squad that won this penalty shootout. How sweet for him!
But for me it was not just about winning the match. The way it was won was the highlight for me.
If Colombia had not equalised before, England would just have won and would never have experienced the euphoria of actually finally winning a penalty shootout in a World Cup knockout match.
When we experience things in life that don’t quite go our way, keep the faith. Life often unfolds in a way that we don’t understand giving us so much more than we could ever believe.
So the next time you experience what you perceive as a negative situation, accept it for what it is and allow things to unfold naturally.
