But I Do Everything Right

But I’m Doing Everything Right

I recently had a conversation with someone who was going through a really bad time (again).  As he was telling me all about it, he kept on repeating “But I’m Doing Everything Right” and then explained to me what he meant by that.  He’s a good dad who has raised his daughter on his own.  He works hard and has had a steady job in the same company for over fifteen years.  He pays all his bills on time, he is helpful, he is a nice person.

But no matter how hard he tries, things always go wrong.  He is so tired of having to stretch hi money each month to cope with unexpected bills.  He just needs a break.  He’s had enough.   Life is so unfair.  He doesn’t know what else to do because he’s already doing everything he can.

Does this sound familiar? 

No matter who we are or what we believe, we all experience negative situations in our lives, whether they’re related to health, finances, relationships, careers or romance.  The contrast helps us define what we really want and usually produces opportunities and circumstances to create the life we really want if we do everything right.

It is clear in my explanation above that despite believing he was doing everything right, he definitely was not.  

Remember the Law of Attraction is always working, whether you believe it or not.  And if you don’t believe in the Law of Attraction, that’s fine, but make sure that whatever you believe, you want.

So for you to do it right, you will need to do adjust your thinking, your attitude and your beliefs.  It is said that the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same things over and over again expecting different results.

How to Use the Law of Attraction to Do It Right

Identify that your current beliefs and actions are not getting you where you want to be and accept that before your circumstances can change, you will need to change.

Using the Law of Attraction to change your life for the better is not about working harder and it’s not about sitting back and waiting for the universe to take care of everything.

You have to take action, after all it’s the Law of Attr-action!

  • Learn all you can about the Law of Attraction so that you know exactly what you should and shouldn’t do.
  • Stop telling the same story of your life.  You will notice in the story that you tell that although the circumstances may be different, the general theme is always the same.
  • Deal with your current reality without the emotion.  In your mind concentrate on the life you want, think about it so it feels good to you.
  • Learn to monitor your thoughts.  Don’t let your thoughts control you, control your thoughts instead.
  • Be open to possibilities that will improve your life.  As you change your thoughts and feelings, your vibration will change and you will attract positive circumstances.

Your future is up to you.  Your thoughts and feelings about your life are more influential than anything else.  If you believe your life sucks, it will.  If you believe you are destined for a life of struggle, then you are.

And if you look at your life you will see that your thoughts about your life match your reality.  So if you change your thoughts, your reality will change.

You Suck - You Got This

It is you who keeps yourself locked in the perpetual cycle of drama, lack and pain. 

It is also you who holds the key to break free.

  • Appreciate what you already have.  You have loads to be grateful for if you start looking at what you have instead of what you don’t have.
  • Be committed to making it work.  Understand it may take some time.  You have a lot of negative energy already out there.  It works the same as if you suddenly started to eat healthy after a life time of bad eating.  You will not lose weight overnight.  It takes consistent effort and focus.
  • Train yourself to catch unnecessary and unwanted thoughts before they take hold and replace them with thoughts that make you feel better.

Remember the solution to any problem you face is on a different vibration to that of the problem.  Holding yourself in the same vibration as the negative experience will perpetuate that experience over and over again.

It’s time to break free and do it right!
